Vehicle displays must be pre-approved by Wise Connections and Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC), at least one month prior to the expo. 

If you are planning to include a vehicle on your stand, please email the following information to splash@wiseconnections.com.au, by Friday 29 May 2026. 

• Stand number
• Vehicle model
• Vehicle dimensions – Length | Width | Height | Weight
• Photos or artwork of vehicle branding
• Summary of goods that will be inside the vehicle, for example, if your van doubles as a showroom, provide details of display items and fixtures, including weight
• Contact details of the vehicle’s owner

Onsite

You will be provided with a Move In and Move Out time that must be adhered to.

Clean your vehicle before arriving at GCCEC. There are no car washing facilities on the loading dock. Detailing is permitted once your vehicle is positioned on your stand.

GCCEC requirements:

• Ensure fuel cap is fitted and fuel tanks are full (as vapours are explosive)
• Leave a set of spare keys for the vehicle with GCCEC Security Control
• Drive at walking speed, escorted by a GCCEC Safety Observer
• Protect GCCEC floor with a drip tray under the engine and carpet tiles under the tyres
• Vehicles are to be set entirely within the stand or allocated space
• Covers or protectors must be installed for tow bar couplings
• Remove all LPG bottles
• Use crowd control barriers where appropriate

Any cleaning and/or damages caused by a vehicle to the Centre’s flooring or doorways will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and any charges will be applicable.
