Exhibitors will be advised of specific loading dock Move In times.

Couriers may deliver goods:

Monday 17 August, 07.30 – 16.00

Tuesday 18 August, 07.30 – 16.00

You will need to nominate one of your onsite team members to be the person to receive goods, or arrange 'authority to leave' with your courier company.

Loading Dock Access

Loading Dock access is via a one-way ramp, and has manned vehicle checkpoints. Goods will not be accepted at any other point.

The Loading Dock access ramp is covered with a ceiling height of 4500mm (4.5 metres) high x 6000mm (6.0 metres) wide. Vehicles that exceed this height and width will need to contact Wise Connections to see if arrangements can be made to access the Loading Dock from an alternative direction.

Loading Dock Doors - Dimensions

The Loading Dock door dimensions into the Exhibition Halls are as follows:

Exhibition Hall 1: 4000mm (4.0 metres) high x 5800mm (5.8 metres) wide
Exhibition Hall 2: 6300mm (6.3 metres) high x 5800mm (5.8 metres) wide
Exhibition Hall 3: 6400mm (6.4 metres) high x 5900mm (5.9 metres) wide
Exhibition Hall 4: 4500mm (4.5 metres) high x 3800mm (3.8 metres) wide

Using your own courier

It is recommended that one of your team members is onsite to sign for goods on arrival.

If you expect that you will not have a representative onsite when the goods are delivered, please contact your courier company to complete an Authority to Leave form.

If your courier company does not give you the Authority to Leave option, you can apply to GCCEC to accept on your behalf. To do this, you need to complete a GCCEC Authority to Sign / Freight Form. This document must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days prior to SPLASH! Trade Expo bump in.

Your courier will deliver your goods to the loading dock, and then you will need to arrange to move the items to your expo stand.

If you require forklift services, please book your lifts through GEL.

Using GEL

You do not need to be onsite to receive your delivery if you book GEL freight forwarding service.

GEL provides a door-to-stand freight service for Australian and international exhibitors, delivering your consignment directly to your stand prior to you arriving to set up your display.
