All Space Only exhibitors are required to submit detailed stand plans by Friday 29 May 2026.
Your stand plan must show and explain dimensions of display items, heavy equipment, built structures, custom flooring, furniture, and rigging.
Submit your stand plan via your Exhibitor Plans & Requirements Form. This form can be accessed on your exhibitor portal by the end of March.
ExpoNet will mark out your space prior to your arrival onsite.
Space Only stands come with grey carpet-tile flooring.
You will not have power unless you order power directly through ExpoNet.
You are welcome to engage your own builders and suppliers; however, contractors cannot bring their own forklifts to site. GEL is the exclusive supplier of forklift services.
