It is the responsibility of Exhibitors to move goods to the designated collection bays, for courier pickups.
Onsite forklift services can be provided by GEL. Fees apply.
Storage charges will apply for goods not collected by 14.00 Friday 21 August.
GCCEC reserves the right to dispose of any remaining goods one (1) week after the conclusion of the event. Waste disposal charges will apply.

Loading Dock Access

Loading Dock access is via a one-way ramp, and has manned vehicle checkpoints. Goods will not be accepted at any other point.

The Loading Dock access ramp is covered with a ceiling height of 4500mm (4.5 metres) high x 6000mm (6.0 metres) wide. Vehicles that exceed this height and width will need to contact Wise Connections to see if arrangements can be made to access the Loading Dock from an alternative direction.

Loading Dock Doors - Dimensions

The Loading Dock door dimensions into the Exhibition Halls are as follows:

Exhibition Hall 1: 4000mm (4.0 metres) high x 5800mm (5.8 metres) wide
Exhibition Hall 2: 6300mm (6.3 metres) high x 5800mm (5.8 metres) wide
Exhibition Hall 3: 6400mm (6.4 metres) high x 5900mm (5.9 metres) wide
Exhibition Hall 4: 4500mm (4.5 metres) high x 3800mm (3.8 metres) wide

Using your own courier

If you intend to dispatch your goods via a courier from GCCEC after the event, you must:

Provide consignment notes to attach to your freight.
Make sure the consignment note is completed correctly.
Ensure that every package has a GCCEC dispatch label attached, which includes with your return address and the number of item/s on it (i.e. package 3 of 5).
Remove all obsolete labels from packages.

Using GEL

GEL offers a stress-free experience at the end of the expo. Once you have packed and labelled your goods after the close of the expo, you can walk out the front doors and leave GEL to handle your outgoing freight.

GEL will provide a quote for forklift services if required, as well as transport to your preferred destination. Storage services are also available.

Collecting goods from loading dock yourself

Please label every item with the name and company of the person collecting the goods, and the SPLASH! Trade Expo stand number and name.

Please make a note on your goods that private freight collection has been arranged.

Unlabelled goods may be deemed as rubbish and disposed of post-show. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to label their goods to prevent mishandling. Waste disposal charges may apply.
