| 09.00: | All exhibitors on-site, standby for expo doors open. |
| 09.30 – 16.30: | SPLASH! Trade Expo open - Exhibitors can purchase food and beverages from the café outlets within the expo hall. - Toilets are located in the foyer. |
| 16.30 – 18.00: | ALL-INdustry Networking Drinks (GCCEC foyer & terrace). - Exhibitors with expo stands in the foyer, or products in the Innovation Zone, are encouraged to welcome people to their stands during the function. - Doors to expo hall will be locked when drinks are happening in foyer. |
| 09.00: | All exhibitors on-site, standby for expo doors open. |

| 16.15: | Pack down of exhibits. - Do not start packing down your display until all visitors have left the expo hall. |
| 16.30 – 17.30: | Exhibitor Bump Out. |
| 17.30: | Dismantle of stands commences. Any person who needs to remain in the hall after 5.30pm must have completed GCCEC Contractors’ Induction. |
| 17.30 – 22.30: | Dismantle of stands. - All stands in Central Rooms and Hall 4 must be dismantled by Thursday night. - All exhibitor freight from stands in Central Rooms and Hall 4 must be removed from the halls to a Friday collection point. - Gel Events and Wise Connections team members will advise exhibitors where to leave goods for Friday pick up. |
