Exhibitors with scheduled loading dock times, were advised by email 9 August 2024. The email was sent from splash@wiseconnections.com.au, to your company’s nominated contact person.
Exhibitors must arrive at their allocated time to ensure this complex set up is efficient and safe.

Site Safety - GCCEC Induction
GCCEC Contractors Induction must be completed by everyone who needs access to the expo hall during bump-in.
Please allow 20 minutes to complete the Contractors’ Induction course. This involves watching and listening to a 15 minutes video, and undertaking a brief online assessment.
Any person on-site for Bump In must:
Safety vests can be purchased from the techbox vending machines. One is located next to ground floor central elevators and the other is in the Arena Loading Dock. These techboxes include items such as tapes, Safety Vests, USB sticks, powerboards, power leads, face mask, sanitisers and more.
At the conclusion of Bump In, a safety check of all stands will be conducted. If an element of your stand is deemed unsafe, including product displays and interactive games, you will be contacted by Wise Connections and advised what actions are required. The expo will not be allowed to open to visitors until safety issues have been fixed.
