It is important to read all the information on the conference website before you commence this registration process. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

• Single day registration does not include a ticket to the Gala dinner.
• AdPha student member registration (full or single day) does not include a ticket to the Gala dinner.
• If you are an Affiliate Member (NZHPA), please select the non-member registration category.  During the registration process you will be prompted to enter your eligible conference code to receive your Affiliate Member (NZHPA) registration rate. If you think you may be eligible, please contact mm2026@adpha.au.
• ^A student refers to a pharmacy student, being an individual studying BPharm or MPharm at a tertiary education institution in Australia approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia which leads to registration to practice pharmacy in Australia. Student registration is only available to AdPha student members. Student Registration
A MM2026 student registration is only available to AdPha student members. AdPha student membership is free. Not a member? Sign up for AdPha Student membership today.

Student refers to a pharmacy student, being an individual studying BPharm or MPharm at a tertiary education institution in Australia approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia which leads to registration to practice pharmacy in Australia. 

Registration Information 
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX). Payments will appear on your statement as ‘THE SOCIETY OF HOSPITAL PHARMA’. Credit card payments will be processed via Stripe, a third-party gateway and attract a 1.7% surcharge.
• Electronic Funds Transfer. Bank details will be on your invoice. Please include your surname and invoice number as reference when transferring funds. Email your remittance advice to mm2026@adpha.au.

Registration Payments via electronic funds transfer will close on Wednesday 9 September 2026. After this date the early bird rate expires, and the standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations which can be paid by credit card only.

To avoid an administration fee, ensure you pay your invoice on time. If invoices are not paid by the due date, an automatic $50 administration fee will be applied. This includes early bird registrations that have not been paid by the close of early bird, 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 9 September 2026.

Accommodation
Special rates for MM2026 conference delegates have been negotiated at a selection of hotels in Brisbane. Please visit the MM2026 website for more information.

Registration Process
You are able to register an individual or a group. Please select from one of the options below.

Important: If you are registering and paying on behalf of an individual or group please select 'I am not attending (Group contact)', and enter your details. You will be recognised as the group contact, and you will receive the tax invoice. If you do not select 'I am not attending (Group contact)', the delegate listed at number 1 will receive the tax invoice for the group.

Your name, contact details and other information provided will be collected by Wise Connections (event management company employed by AdPha to manage the registration of the MM2026 Conference) using the EventsAir registration system to facilitate your registration for this event. For information about how Wise Connections, EventsAir and AdPha handle your information, please refer to the Wise Connections Privacy Policy, EventsAir Privacy Policy and AdPha Privacy Policy. To complete your registration, you must agree to the Data Consent and Privacy Policy.

There are a range of registrations on offer for Medicines Management 2026. Please check the conference website to consider your options before proceeding.

Important:

• Full registration (excluding students) includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception and a ticket to the Gala Dinner. These tickets are automatically included in your registration. You will be able to confirm your attendance at these social events below.
• A Friday only registration (including students) and Full student registration includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception. This Welcome Reception ticket is automatically included in your registration. You will be able to confirm your attendance at the Welcome Reception below.
• Single day registrations and student registrations do not include a ticket to the Gala Dinner.
• Full registrations and Saturday (only) registration includes breakfast at the venue. There is no breakfast on Friday. 
• Student registration: A student refers to a pharmacy student, being an individual studying BPharm or MPharm at a tertiary education institution in Australia approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia which leads to registration to practice pharmacy in Australia.
• AdPha member registration: A person who is a member of AdPha at the time of registration and attendance at MM2026.
• Intern pharmacist registration: A person who is an intern pharmacist at the time of registration and attendance at MM2026.
• All registrants are welcome to purchase one additional ticket to the Welcome Reception and/or the Gala Dinner.
• Keynote presenters, invited speakers, volunteers, AdPha Staff, AdPha Board Directors and MM2026 Scientific Program Committee please select ‘Other’.
