Medicines Management 2023 Conference Registration

It is important to read all the information on the conference website before you commence this registration process. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Student Registration
Student refers to a pharmacy student, being an individual studying BPharm or MPharm at a tertiary education institution in Australia approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia which leads to registration to practice pharmacy in Australia.

Registration Information
Payments via electronic funds transfer will close on Monday 9 October 2023.  After this time all registrations can be paid by credit card only.

To avoid an administration fee, ensure you pay your invoice on time.  If invoices are not paid by the due date an automatic $44 Conference Secretariat administration fee will be applied.  This includes early bird registrations that have not been paid by the close of early bird, 11:59pm AEDT Monday 2 October 2023.

Accommodation
Special rates for MM2023 conference delegates have been negotiated at a selection of hotels in Cairns. Please visit the MM2023 website for more information.

Registration Process
You are able to register an individual or a group. Please select from one of the options below. The person listed as number 1. will receive the tax invoice. 

Important: If you are registering and paying on behalf of an individual or group please select 'Registering on someone's behalf' or 'Registering on behalf of group', and enter you name next to (Group Contact) number 1. You will be recognised as the group contact, and you will receive the tax invoice. If you do not select  'Registering on someone's behalf' or 'Registering on behalf of group', the delegate listed at number 1. will receive the tax invoice for the group.

Your name, contact details and other information provided will be collected by Wise Connections (event management company employed by SHPA to manage the registration of the MM2023 Conference) using the EventsAir registration system to facilitate your registration for this event.   • Saturday (only) registration includes breakfast.

Workshops and Conversation Sessions

Workshops and conversations sessions will take place on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning of the program. Saturday morning workshops and conversations sessions include breakfast. Please note numbers are limited for each session and you will only be able to attend the session you have nominated. If you wish to make a change you will need to inform the Conference Secretariat mm2023@wiseconnections.com.au in writing and they will make the change if possible.
