Welcome to the registration site for Intelligence 2025

The theme for 2025 is "A Thriving Intelligence Profession" with subthemes of Leadership, Transformation, Empowerment and Developing Your Tradecraft.

Before starting the registration process, please take a moment to review all the information on the website. Note that all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Registration Process
You can register either for an individual, a small group (up to 4 people) or a large group (5+ people). The registration process can be completed on behalf of someone else or a group if you are not attending yourself. Please select from one of the options below based on your needs:

  • If you are attending Intelligence 2025 the person listed as the Group Contact (Attendee Number 1) will receive the tax invoice.
  • If you are not attending Intelligence 2025 but registering others, select "I am not attending", and confirm the Group Contact and Billing Details and they will receive the tax invoice.

There are two registration options available:

1. Individual or Small Group Registration (up to 4 people) 
If you are registering individually or for a group of up to 4 people, please select Registration (up to 4 people). You will be asked to specify the number of attendees. During this process, you will also have the option to purchase guest tickets for a partner or accompanying persons for the Welcome Reception or Conference Dinner.

2. Group Registration (5+ people)
Groups of 5 or more full Conference Registrations will have access to special discounted rates. *Please note that no further discount is available for Student Registrations.

Special Notes:

  • Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be made online via credit card (Mastercard or Visa). For inquiries regarding payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please email us at aipio@wiseconnections.com.au.
  • If the names of attendees are not yet known, you can list "TBA" and use the group contact’s email address for communications. However, once the list of attendees is finalised, we require a complete list with names and email addresses no later than Friday 25 July 2025. If the list is not provided by this deadline, any subsequent changes or updates will incur a $66 administration fee (payable online via credit card). Please supply the full list in writing to aipio@wiseconnections.com.au.

Accommodation

Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park has been selected as the venue for the Intelligence 2025 Conference. Specially negotiated rates have been made available for delegates attending Intelligence 2025 for the period Monday 18 August - Sunday 24 August 2025.
